Wrote, managed and presented the communication strategy for the launch of BBCi, the BBC's first 'master' brand for interactive services. Also scripted and produced the PR launch event (2001).

As Project Director for BBC digital public services during 1996-98, Shaun Qureshi (Director, Q+A) wrote and implemented strategy, planning and launch for the fledgling BBC Digital Public Services, covering widescreen, BBC CHOICE, interactive & Online. Also produced BBC Broadcast's New Services communications strategy, particularly their communication using films, presentations and the internet (1996-9).
